One of the main organisers is Helidon Haliti, an artist and activist known for his work in promoting street art in Albania. During the festival, artists are allowed to paint enormous murals on various buildings and public areas. Using their brush, they express their inner world and at the same time convey their messages about social, political, or environmental issues.
