Tirana

Albania is located in southeastern Europe, with Tirana serving as both the capital and the largest city, as well as the country's economic, political, and social center.

To get from Tirana International Airport Nënë Tereza (TIA) to Tirana city centre you can go by taxis, car rentals, or Rinas buses.

Tirana is a blend of both historical and modern architecture, with busy squares and lively streets. In its middle lies Skanderbeg Square, which has, on its four corners, the National History Museum, Opera House, and Et’hem Bey Mosque. Colourful buildings in the city show that it went through post-communist rejuvenation, while Dajti Mountain provides breathtaking panoramas reached by cable car. The Bunk'Art Museum, located in one of the former nuclear bunkers, is a poignant reminder of Albania’s communist past.
